Boehlerit

Boehlerit is a world leader in the production of solid carbide products, including machininig tools for machining metals, wood, plastics and composites. For decades, the company has been setting development paths in the field of industrial methods of manufacturing solid carbide products, and the beginnings of work with this material date back to the 1930s. In 1950, most of the production was transferred to the Kapfenberg plant, where the company’s headquarters are still located today. In addition to the production of machining tools under the Boehlerit brand, the company also produces tools for other well-known global suppliers.

The standard range of turning and milling machininig tools is a small part of Boehlerit’s production. The company also produces machine construction parts made of solid carbide , tools for plastic working, for skinning pipes and rods, for machining crankshafts, as well as semi-finished products for monolithic tools and many others.
